It has a flattering halter neck with a tie round the back of the neck. This dress is ideal for a formal occasion with heels or could be dressed down, with a pair of flats. The pleats hold after washing too, so it didn’t need ironing all those pleats back in. It fits nicely in size XL Highly recommend!!
